Gluten Free Chocolate Coconut Almond Balls

Ingredients: 2 1/2 c. Almond Meal 1/2 c. Raw Cacao Powder 2 Large Handfuls of Shredded Coconut 125 ml Almond Butter 4-5 Tbsp Coconut oil - Softened 100-120g Butter - Softened 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup Roughly Chopped GF Chocolate Optional extras: Raisons, cinnamon, cranberries, freeze dried raspberries, protein powder, LSA, chia seeds, chopped nuts of your choice. * If you don't have Almond Butter, try another nut alternatives, this is a no fail base recipe that you can adapt and make your own. Method: Mix everything together to your preferred taste, don't be afraid to include or exclude ingredients. Roll into balls and keep in the fridge. I like to drip some melted chocolate over the top.

Gluten Free Asian Cooking Sauces

Basic  Stir Fry Sauce: 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp GF Soy Sauce Crushed Ginger and Crushed Garlic Stir Fry Sauce: 2/3 c. GF Soy Sauce 1/2 c. Chicken Broth 1/3 c. Rice Wine 3 1/2 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic 1 Tbsp Minced Ginger 2 Tbsp Cornstarch 1/4 c. Water Sweet And Sour Sauce: 1/4 c. GF Ketchup 1/4 c. Sugar 1/4 c. White Vinegar 1 Tbsp GF Soy Sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch 3/4 c. Pineapple Juice or 3/4 c. Water 2 tsp Oil Teriyaki Sauce: 1 c. GF Soy Sauce 1/2 c. Brown Sugar 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced Tao Sauce: 1/4 c. Cornstarch 3 Tbsp Water 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp Ginger 1/2 c. GF Chicken Stock 1/2 c. Sugar 1/4 c. GF Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp White Vinegar 4 Red chillies or Pepper Flakes (optional)
