Gluten Free Chocolate Coconut Almond Balls
Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. Almond Meal
1/2 c. Raw Cacao Powder
2 Large Handfuls of Shredded Coconut
125 ml Almond Butter
4-5 Tbsp Coconut oil - Softened
100-120g Butter - Softened
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Roughly Chopped GF Chocolate
Optional extras: Raisons, cinnamon, cranberries, freeze dried raspberries, protein powder, LSA, chia seeds, chopped nuts of your choice.
* If you don't have Almond Butter, try another nut alternatives, this is a no fail base recipe that you can adapt and make your own.
Method:
Mix everything together to your preferred taste, don't be afraid to include or exclude ingredients.
Roll into balls and keep in the fridge.
I like to drip some melted chocolate over the top.
