Chocolate Raspberry Almond Butter Cups

Ingredients:

2/3 c. Almond Butter
1/4 c. Melted Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 c. Cocoa Powder
1/3 c. Crushed Freeze Dried Raspberries
Pinch of Sea Salt
Extra Crushed Freeze Dried Raspberries To Sprinkle



Method:

Combine almond buter. coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.  Add the raspberries, cocoa and salt. Place in cup cake holders and sprinkle the top with extra raspberries.  Freeze for 30 minutes, keep in the freezer until ready to eat, defrost a little bit before eating.
